I’m officially a level 3 swimmer now! I took a class at PCC this term and passed. I can float, back stroke, front crawl, tread water, breast stroke, and kind of butterfly. While I can swim (albeit not amazingly well) I intend to develop it more on my own and maybe take the intermediate swim class next term. It’s worth it, even if you’re not an olympian. Swimming is great excersize and enjoyable. If only it didn’t have to involve so much chlorine.

How I did it: I had to sacrifice a lot of my free time.I re-read the chapter (or atleast skimmed it) following lecture.I spent more time studying in the morning and afternoon, rather than evenings.I tried to get about 7 hours sleep whenever possible (not always possible), especially before an exam. I tried to go to every class & lab (it is easy to miss an important topic when absent). Read how I did it…
