Quit Smoking
It's been 14 months since I had a cigarette! 18 months ago

I applaud all of you and your efforts! Sending you strength to quit smoking vibes. I admit that I tried to quit at least 20 times in 20 years. I suppose I was really mentally ready this time. I just said to myself, the cigarette doesn’t control me; I control the cigarette! I remind myself regularly that I am a non-smoker and proud of it!
