because I’m really picky – the last two books I’ve tried to read I’ve given up 1/2 – 3/4 way through. Wasting a lot of money on crap books. My faves are: English Patient, Fight Club, Wuthering Heights and the classics. Just finished The Secret Life of Bees which wasn’t bad. Any suggestions are welcomed!!

How I did it: Well you have to make it fun I guess - since I hate cardio. I got a new dog so I walk him twice a day, briskly, and I count that as my cardio. Maybe that's cheating - but I think it's as close as I'm gonna get. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just gave up TV completely - decided that there is nothing worth my time on there anyway. Seemed like everytime I sat down and put the TV on there was nothing on there I cared to watch - so I turned it off and went on to something more productive. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The reason I wanted to stop was for healthier skin - I only drank Diet Pepsi so sugar was not an issue - but caffiene was. I just substituted water for pop and after a few days, as others have said, you don't even want it anymore. Read how I did it…

I do light weights and work out upper & lower body – but apparently have zero in the way or core body strength. Anyone have any advice on this?
Through no ones fault but my own have made my life a huge mess the last 3 months – no sympathy is deserved – and at the same time put the responsibility for my happiness and self-worth in the hands of someone else. I need to take it back to move on.
