15 minute run yesterday then some work on the thigh trainer today! Im feeling much more positive about this goal – I really want to be able to check it off :) Might try 20 minutes running tomorrow!

It’s happening. Again.
With the wrong person. Again.
Not sure if it’s actually LOVE, but it’s certainly the closest I’ve ever been. But it’s wrong, it won’t (it can’t) work and I wish I didn’t feel this way.
Love sucks.
For the past 3 years or so, I’ve been keeping a regular diary. Every night before going to bed I make an effort to write in it – just a little bit about the things I’ve been doing that day or anything I’ve been feeling. I think it’s a really worthy thing to do – helps me record exactly what I’ve been doing in my life so I can look back one day and remember the little things that I would otherwise have forgotten! Also helps me remember how I felt at important points in my life which i think is a great thing to have a record of :)
