I’m not terribly knowledgeable about this, but I came across the idea and thought to myself that there’s no way this couldn’t be good for me and helpful in my overall goal of a healthier me. I’ll do some reading, but for now I figure I’ll just begin with introducing more raw foods in my diet on a daily basis.
