i feel like i’m not getting anywhere. i’ve stopped eating junk food though. i really need to lose weight fast. does anyone know any good & easy exercises that can make you lose weight but not make you get muscles?

I have really bad skin, especially my face.
I sometimes use e45 & some vitamin e cream, it only works for a day & it doesn’t seem to be helping.
does anyone know any good stuff or things to make your skin look better?
