If at all possible, get an internship! Only so much of engineering can be learned in the classroom.

The field is the best way to quickly gain understanding and knowledge of engineering at work.

I don’t know if it’s even possible. I don’t want to be a real florist or own a florist shop… I was thinking more that I’d like to do it as a hobby for a while.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to just work at a florists and help out? I have a regular job, but I think it would be good for me to do it as it might give me an outlet for my creativity. I have a good eye for balance and design (I’m an engineer).
