I didn’t acctually think I could do this one. I’m not really social, but in the past couple months I’ve made several new friends. Now that I know how to make friends, I hope I can keep it up.

Now, every night while I’m reading my scriptures I do a few simple streches that let me stretch for a long time (a different stretch for each chapter) and still focus.
