I was oh so excited when I got Medical insurance last week at work…

Less excited when my fun new doctor told me that, “blah blah appendix scar tissue blah”

to make a long story short, I have to start back at week 1 because I had to get my appendix scar recut, because blah blah blah…

anywho, I cannot WAIT to start next week (technically I get to start on Friday, but that will just be a fun run)

I am officially a morning person…

I tried night running, but it didn’t work out so well for me. It made it seem so much harder than when I get up in the morning to do it.

I guess for you “City Folk” running at night is okay, but i live in the back woods of Virginia, and the beauty of the morning has really been helping

So I guess in a round about way I am trying to say that night running is not my thing. Also, I am starting at W1 again next week (I am pretty out of shape), but i am hoping that when I move on to weeks 3 or 4 I will be only going through them once.

and I have decided, baked beans are my wonder-drug for sore muscles

Carazy thunderstorms ruined my plan, so I will be doing w1d2 tomorrow morning instead…yeah, I am super excited!
