get over my panic and anxiety disorders

I don’t think anyone can ever fully get over this, but I’ve recently taken leaps and bounds..

Flying by myself 3 times this year, flying on a plane period.. used to give me crazy agoraphobia.

I’m learning to do more things on my own in situations that would generally freak me out.. eg. working from home by myself now..



stop having panic attacks because they're all in my head

I actually don’t have panic attacks I’ve realised.. they never become fullblown. I only have anxiety about having them. I’ve only had one really. But it’s stuck with me for 10 years almost.
