going barfoot is wonderful. At our school, we all go barefoot all year and its great. at first we wore shoes, but when the school got funds to have carpets placed, students started going to school barefoot! i thought it was weird, until I tried it. Then we signed a petition stating to have all students go barefoot. more than half of the student body signed! Now we are only allowed shoes in the winter, but we decide to go barefoot anyways. walking in the snow is fun! =) It might hurt at first, my toes went numb in the winter and i stepped on glass, but trust me, its worth it. plus you can stop worrying about shoe fashions. people are actually saving hundreds of dollars because of this. i think all schools should do this.
