improve my skin
a work in progress 3 months ago

I used MK in the past and it worked, but I feel like I had to use too many products, and my skin was never satisfied.

Now it’s time for some trial and error. It’s a combined approach. It;s been a month since I started using this product line for a month, and I’m still tweaking the products. I’ve found a night regimen that heals and improves my skin overnight, but the day part needs working out. My pores are shrinking and my skin looks smoother overall. There’s less oil during the day, but I still get irritations. I have more skin troubles when I don’t get my 8 glasses of water and 8 hours of sleep, so I really make an effort in those areas.

But, honestly, is it natural to wake up with a face like an oil slick? Under that layer, my skin looks great, and my makeup artist friend says it’s a good thing, that my skin is detoxing. That’s lovely, but can I narrow down what bad things I’m putting in my body in the first place?
