When I moved last year, it was a great opportunity to go through everything I had and pare down to just what I need or wanted to keep.
The challenge has been not to fill up the house again. Those empty spaces scream for something to fill them!

This is a constant struggle for me, but I’ve been working on motivation. Last week, I cleared the crap out of the bottom of my closet and I feel so much pride when I open the door and one half of the floor in there is clean.
I also cleared out the constant hotspot in front of my dresser where laundry baskets and books and magazines tend to breed. It’s so nice to be able to walk past that dresser without walking around the pile!
This weekend …. the dishes and pots and pans!
