Last year I set the goal ‘have the figure of a pin up girl’ and didn’t succeed. This year I’m being a bit more specific and breaking the goal into chunks.
To lose 5kg what am I going to do?

Exercise – what types and when?
It’s not hard to think about what I eat before I eat it.

How I did it: Looked at why I wasn't keeping up and realised I was trying to maintain too many blogs on too many topics, so I picked the topics that interested me the most and consolidated some of the other blogs. Read how I did it…
I’ve carried the 2L of water goal over from last year. I don’t know what stops me from drinking lots of of water – do I forget? Have too much coffee? not carry any with me?
All these questions will be answered as I complete this goal!
I’ve been doing an online clutter course! It’s been really good as it’s forced me to make plans rather than randomly put things away without an end goal in mind. I’ve spent most of this weekend sorting drawers and clothes, magazines, books and dusting. I know once I’ve organised all of my clutter the housework will become a bit easier to keep up with.
