I had my first PBR a week ago. It is, considering other cheap american beers, fairly tasty. Absolutely drinkable. Taste is halfway light beer, halfway german pils. Wont get my favorite, but its allright to drink.

How I did it: It was a b.day present for a friend of mine. So a bunch of people signed up for it. It was about frying pan food, quick and easy dishes. We were put into groups of pairs and got to pick of a bunch of recipes. Then started preparing and finally got to cook after a while. The trainers came around and gave brief instructions and tips. It was a fun and fun activity. I would definitely do it again. Read how I did it…
It was just perfect. It was my first marathon at all and I just wanted to finish, no matter what pace. I ran a half-marathon one month before and had more trouble with that. I think my one weemk carbo-diet helped a lot. In addition I took 4 Power Gels during the race, just to make sure not hitting the wall. And it worked out perfectly, no energy problems at all. On the last 2 miles I had some problems with my muscles though, so I had to walk a short while. This wont be my last marathon, definitely not! To be cheered at the curb makes it absolutely worth it.
It took me about 15 years to get this one done. But it was absolutely fabulous and worth it. I´ll definitely do this again, but then trying to get tickets to the pit.
