Just to get away from being wired all time is very relaxing. Being away from a computer for like just two days, makes a lot of stress go away.

i always thought i was shy, but after talking to friends that i have known for a long time, i discovered that i am not as shy i as i thought i was.

you don’t have to deprive yourself, just don’t over indulge. By cutting down on what you eat, will go a long way
