How I did it: I booked an appointment with my favourite hair artists at a place that has all-vegan hair products - deLorenzo. They are really nice folks who make good tea and coffee, and still ask about a friend who also used to go there who has been in the UK for a couple of years now. They also ask vegan questions with a genuine sort of interest and no snideness. Very pleasant. Oh, and they cut hair good, too. Obviously. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Ground flaxseed + tomato + salt + herbs + water -> dehydrator for several hours. Makes some dips. Dip crackers into dips. Stuff into mouth. Chew, taste, enjoy, swallow, & feel great! Read how I did it…
Tanned skin is so 1999. I want the health benefits! Vitamin D I good for you, I hear. Eating more raw food = more non-deranged unheated fats = better skin protection & more vitamin E from nuts as well = fewer problems with sun exposure, including aging. Flaxseed/linseed, extra virgin oils, raw nuts & seeds = yum.
Indifference is the opposite of love. (If, indeed, there is such a thing as “opposites” at all. Rather too simplistic a concept.)
More love, less apathy. More lovin’, less mehin’.
