Day Two:
so far so good. Yesterday all I had to drink we a cup of coffee and a bunch of water. Today I had a cup of coffee, a bunch of water and a glass of orange juice. Usually, going all day without soda is a trial. That’s mostly because I get caffeine headaches, and man do they hurt. They turn into life altering migraines very quickly. However, I think that I’ve discovered that if I have a cup of coffee in the morning, that takes care of the headaches. Yay! Exciting. =)

How I did it: We did not plan this. My daughter was a surprise gift. The pregnancy itself was not so great. I was really sick the first 5 months. On top of that, I had some family issues because my fiance and I were not married. In fact, my parents had never really been introduced to him. After 10 months, or so, our beautiful baby girl came into our lives. She is everything I could ever want and then some. Read how I did it…
So, we’re actually in the process of doing this. Matt and I dive around looking for potential houses. We’ve actually found a couple of them. We have a real estate guy. He’s a family friend, so we know he won’t try to bully us into buying a home that we cannot afford. We’re currently in the process of saving enough money for a down payment and we’ve been talking to our bank about getting a loan. It’s kind of exciting. It’s like we’re actually adults now, not just some overgrown college kids.
Money is a difficult thing to come by at this point in my life. I have a wonderful fiance who pays for almost everything. We share our money, but sometimes I think that I would feel better if there was some money put away somewhere just in case something happens. One thousand dollars isn’t all that much, it would pay for rent for a month and the a little bit more. Maybe I’ll change the amount once I figure out how hard it will be. I won’t go lower than $1000, but I could defiantly go higher.
