If you youtube handstand there are some interesting takes on how to do it. Ive been at it for about almost two week, giving it a shot abotu every other day. After about 1 week of trying I actual was able to get my legs all the way up and hold a hand stand for about 5 secs before loosing balance. IT feels pretty cool when you can balance. Im still sucking at it big time but, its getting better. It also uses muscles you just dont use on a regular basis, so you got to build up to, and dont be afraid to bust your arse a little.
