actually went out twice today. in the morning with my friend bob (of the barf runners), for two hours, but that was mostly a hike, with running on the flats and downhills. on the way back, we went up chaparrel peak, and we saw turkey vultures, flying really close. he showed me how they wobble when they fly. hawks apparently don’t wobble.
then, tonight, a butt-kicking weenies run. an hour and a half from lake anza, along selby, memory, up to wildcat peak, down to lone oak, along wildcat gorge, back to lake anza. ran with mikey p and a new guy from georgia, who kept saying “you are so lucky to have all these trails”. yes, we are.

I feel a little sneaky! I figured out a way to get this goal back on my list, without completely starting over. I had already “done” it and the robots won’t then let you put it back. oh, but I guess the original comments stayed with the new goal….
I am struggling with this right now, dealing with a friend who has disappointed me, and I’m just stuck now. not ready to forgive either of us, me for being stubborn and harsh, and him, for his deed.
