How I did it: I was very determined to get to my goal of going down 10 pounds, i lost around 10 pounds, and that was obviously by staying active, and working out 5 days a week at the gym and by watching my calories, just watching them. The best tip is to stop snacking before bed by about 4 hours , to drink lots and lots of water since it keeps you hydrated and full at the same time, you will start by losing pounds quickly which might be water weig… Read how I did it…

After losing the meaning of living. After failing to achieve my long time goals, i fell really hard and it did hurt. ALOT! I felt numb and painfull. Suddenly this new path was forced on me and i was meant to accept and love it. Which i couldn’t , and instead of doing what was right, instead of moving on. I dwelled around my past and around what i had. But as of now. That person inside of me is Dead! No longer to come :’) This is my now! My new path, my new me!
I will take full responsibility for my own actions and i will become that successfull, healthy, intelligent, beautiful person inside and out!
No more feeling sorry for myself. I already lost a whole year , and i’m not ready to lose anymore time, I should love what i have or else what i have will turn around and leave me , with nothing.
I love my new self. My new Path.
