I had wanted to visit New Zealand ever since the Lord of the Rings movies came out. A few months ago, my parents told my sister and me that we were going, and I was ecstatic. We visited Christchurch, Auckland, and Wellington, and took a Lord of the Rings tour. I also got a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy exhibit at the Te Papa. All in all, it was the best vacation I have ever taken. We are hoping to return in the summer of 2008, and possibly visit Invercargill, Matamata, Rotorua, and Queenstown.
