I learned to knit on DPNs by watching someone else knit socks on them. The hardest part is casting on, but once you get through that, you’re only ever knitting on two needles at once!

I always eat too quickly, like if I don’t my food will spontaneously disappear. I think if I eat more mindfully I’ll eat less and of course it’ll probably be better for my digestion etc.
