This is such a terrible habit that I let myself get into when it’s convenient. I put sugar into my tea and then eat a spoonful plain. I like brown sugar better than white. I disgust myself doing this and need to just stop “cold turkey” right now. I am not in any way properly addicted and don’t do it all the time, just when it’s there and easy. It’s not something that I can cut out of my life entirely right now so I have to have it there taunting me. Wish me luck!
