I was eating well today until succumbed to boredom eating and had a few chocolates. Yesterday I picked up little movable peddler for $60 so I can burn cals while stationary. So far I’ve “biked” over 3 hours in less than 2 days.
Goal: lose 20 pounds before April. That’s 1.8 pounds a week.
45+ mins elliptical, weights, leg lifts/pilates.
mushrooms, eggs (1 yolk, 2 whites) with a small amount of cheddar cheese, some bread, 2 big-ish cookies (!), some little picking (a few crackers).
I’ve been many places in the US, eastern Canada, part of Mexico, England, France, Australia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Bolivia. I have a lot more travelling to do. Someday I’ll quit my job and travel the world (very happily and for more than one week at a time).
