Just this Friday I was just getting in to my apartment. I had made plans to spend some time with a super-close friend and was having a quick Lean Cuisine Spaghetti w/ Meatsauce meal (Yep! Trimmin’ up THIS year ;) – when I heard a tiny lil knock (it seemed).
Opening the door I saw one of the newest building tenants, Tommy, standing there. He greeted me and asked if I could give he and his mother a ride to do 2 errands. His mother, Laura, isn’t immobile but she struggles to get around. Before he could even explain where we goin’ I just said, “YEP!” – LESS’ ROLL!. That was a cool little 15 minute ride and then I was off to my friends place, with 7 pts in my belly & 3 RAK’s under my belt! 40 MORE TO GO!!!

How I did it: For a long time I didn't even concern myself with it. But then I wanted to start my own business (network marketing) which would require me to have a vehicle if I wanted to make the most of it. (Making multiple appointments and being able to get to them all is tough when you're on the city bus!) So, it actually just so happened that a friend of mine, who had started his own "conventional" business, needed a driver. He of… Read how I did it…
Her name is, Jessica. Naturally, (per my own requirements) I’ve gotten her number, as we’ve been on a few outtings together and I’ve even helped her get ‘hold of some music she’s really been wanting and then we burned it disc and she was very happy. So I’m excited to know who my next friend will be. ooooh! such a MYSterY! haha
Ok. So I’ve probably done some other RAOK between my last posted one and this one but wouldn’t ya know it… I forgot all about the goal. So anyway, this one’s small, too. Or IS it? I don’t know. Finances are tight for me. haha ;) Anyway, the customer came to the drive up window to pick up his clothes and thought that I’d said $Thirteen-seventy ($13.70) but I’d actually said $14.70. He was filled with such JOY that he had THAT EXACTLY in cash, only – as I said, it was $14.70 so he was one dollar short. Sure he had a credit card but, hey… I had a dollar. Kept the JOY goin’ and all is well!
41 RAOK to go!
