Amazing...

The northern part of California is an unique place. The ocean, the cliffs, the mountains, the people, the animals, the nature that you find there is a proof that God exists(even if you don’t believe in God).

Last Sunday...

It was only for an 1 and 1/2 hours, but totaly worth it. Even better when you have someone special with you!



workout
I started last week

I was very sore last week, but I think I was exaggerating a little bit because now, my muscles hurt just like when you get hit or fall…I’ll wait one more day and see how it feels…but I’m felling great!!!! 3.5 hours in the gym fly by…and going into the jacuzzi after lifting is like a reward for all the hard work…one of the best $39.99 investments I ever made.
