...weight watchers never recognized it, so i lost faith in them in that respect. it’s a great program though, and i highly recommend it.
also with another although… i did gain a little over the holidays, so i know i have to lose that 10 pounds. but i feel great, and considering that i am an old lady, i look great…. LOL
the program works. if you work it.

How I did it: you know that yogurt commercial?--the one with the lady eating the yogurt, and her teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikini is hanging on her closet door for inspiration? at the end of the commercial, she goes off to the beach, proudly wearing her bikini. well--i have pieces to a belly dance outfit i am putting together. i plan on dancing for my weight watchers group when i become a lifetime member.i am halfway to my pe… Read how I did it…
How I did it: by going to weight watchers meetings, and keeping a food journal. it's a little difficult at first, getting the point systme down, but that is why you go to meetings. they help you, and give you lots of ideas. there is no boredom on this plan, and you don't have to deprive yourself of anything. just make better choices. next one should be to benefit vets, hopefully in relation to pets, as in a pets for vets group, but something local. (and i mean vets is in veterans, not veterinary.
also would like to do smile train.
and i want to do a rock show for doctors without borders. that one is going to be on a larger scale so there is more to work out.
and all this takes money.
which i don’t have at this time.
two credit cards and one car to go. car is next. 6 more payments, gonna try to do it in 4 payments. once that is done, it frees up alot that i can put towards the other stuff.
