i joing the army with no confidence and when i had my passout parade i was proud to wear the uniform and show it off

well ive rote a book well more of a massive diry i wont let any on read it because its personal but mabey one day i will publish it

well here i go again if you truly want friend that you could put your life in there hands the only thing to do is join the army because you know your mate is watching your back and your watching your mates back

well if you want to become fit join a gym or join the army and get payed to get fit
