15.) Fullmetal Alchemist: Volume 2 by Hiromu Arakawa, 188 pages
16.) Fullmetal Alchemist: Volume 3 by Hiromu Arakawa, 186 pages
(Read on the tube to and back from uni. Oh I do love manga, and especially this series – so funny! – and the Elric brothers are just so sweet! ^ – ^)

14.) Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl, 563 pages (so brilliant – and beautifully written too – the writing was almost lyrical, it was quite lovely :) – oh, and I absolutely loved all the ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ references, very good!)

I am a complete fail.
In the end I actually managed to catch up on my lecture notes, but then Reading Week finished, and uni started, and I became complacent and lazy (it’s like my default setting =/) and now it’s February – and guess what? – I am ridiculously behind!!
I know nothing – it is awful! :’(
I need to write notes, and somehow learn those notes for 8 ridiculously hardcore modules, and right now I’m feeling very gloomy, and I don’t have anyone to blame but myself (and perhaps my slightly unnatural obsession with reading books).
So I must get my priorities sorted and replace my novels with textbooks – and do some bloody work! – I did not work my ass off to get into university just to fail! >.<
So there’s roughly 3 months until my exams, and I plan to revise every single day until then, and more importantly – know my stuff!
My first year modules:
Cell Biology
Chromosome and Gene Fct
Human Anatomy
Microbiology
Essential Skills for Biologists
Physiology
Tissue Biology
Biomolecules of Life
So from tomorrow I will be getting reaquainted with the library, and revise, revise, REVISE! :)
(p.s. changing this goal’s name)
