I really want Courntney Love style platinum blonde hair… or even dirty blonde hair would do, but my hair is naturally quite dark (not as black as in the photo, but pretty dark) and i want it blonde, not orange. My hair is also naturally quite fine, so i want to prevent it from falling out…
any tips?
