I just finished a vacation where I had to take 4 flights to get there and back. I did pretty good, but did have a little bit of a nervous attack when my last flight got delayed for problems with the tires. So I am getting better, but not there yet.

I have been going to weight watchers for a little over a month now and have lost a total of 12 pounds. My original goal was to loose about 15 pounds, but I have decided to try for an extra 5 so I have about 8 more to go.
So in order to really devote myself to this goal I have joined weight watchers again (I lost 30 pounds last time and had gained half of it back). I am down 5.8 pounds after two weeks of attending. It was much eaiser than I thought to get myself back into the eating habits that I learned the first time. Only 10 more pounds to go.
