I’m a good weight, but the weight mostly comes from fat. I want to be my weight because of muscle. I want to lose the fat, and if I can gain muscle then great! I want to be healthier, and control my urges for unhealthy food. I want to eat more fruit and veggies.



Be more diligent, less lazy

I want to spend my time doing things that are worth wile. I don’t want to waste my life. I want to do everything with excellence, whether it be writing, schoolwork, obeying my parents, learning guitar, cleaning, cooking, etc.
