Stuck 2 weeks ago

some months ago I started a diet. a very strict one. it worked beautifully the firts three weeks (lost almost 7kg), but then I got stuck, and I have been for MONTHS. no matter how much I exercise or diet, my weigh just won’t go down.

ugh.

getting discouraged. 13 months ago

10 weeks. It’s been TEN weeks of going to the gym daily, eating healthy and avoding bad habits. but, how many pounds have I lost in ten weeks of constant effort? just one. ONE GODDAMN POUND.

sheesh. this is unfair.
