How I did it
How I did it: I just kept slogging away at it and made myself go even when I didn't want to. I promised myself it wouldn't be completed until I had gone every day for a month. It's been helped by the hot weather as it's an outdoor pool. I'd be interested to see if I could do this in Winter. You feel so good afterward that it is addictive, and with swimming you see results very easily - my arms are definitely more toned. Read how I did it…

i’ve made it 5 days … but only after a very heavy weekend last week. not sure if i can keep it up but lets see
although i haven’t been swimming as much every time i’ve gone for the last 3 times i have made it to the deep end. it’s harder if i’m on my own, easier with friends. on my way!
