I never want to own another vehicle that doesn’t have a stick shift. You’re just not driving if you’re not shifting.
I’ve done this many, many times. All I can say is once you’ve gone to a range, you’ll never be the same. I personally believe more people should do this… they would have a newfound respect for handguns. Whatever you do, though, if you’re new, play it safe and speak to one of the range attendants to get a walkthrough for handling a weapon. Or, better yet, take a friend who knows what they’re doing. Above all, have fun!
