I had an operation a few years ago to remove a slow growing cancer, and because I’m still being monitored, which I will be for the rest of my life, I have been told that I can’t give blood. Pity.

I have gone to a couple of classes, and plan on going once a week from now on. Am definitely getting better at that good old Rock Step!
