great movie! I didn’t cry that much during the movie but it really hit me hard afterwards. There is this really bitter after taste to it. One of those movies that you will keep at your heart.

How I did it: The Rachel Maddow show is what we need in media these days. Her show is purely genuine and honest. She takes stance on certain issue, but she doesn't do that mean yelling type of lecture the old political shows do. She has made political news much easier to digest and absorb. She is definitely revolutionizing the way politics is portrayed with her incredibly witty and intelligent show. Read how I did it…
How I did it: We drove from California. On the way, we passed by 10 or so other states. Maine is absolutely gorgeous. It gives off a small town quirkiness right away. Every step along the way in Maine is like a piece of new found land. There is something incredibly refreshing about this place. I would almost say it was magical when the sunlight hit on the lake of water. That was the moment for me. Read how I did it…
I did it even though all my friends told me not to… It’s worth it. So your hair will be shorter for a while, but it will grow back. Before you know it, you will be donating it again… hehe. I am doing my second round pretty soon! :)
p.s. It was especially good since I cut before I went to college. So no one in college knew that I had long hair and I looked normal to them. When I showed my hallmates my long hair pictures, they were so surprised, haha. Plus, you get that Rory Gilmore look :)
