New office is no where near Nero’s. Virtually no Espressos last two weeks – which means do heart flutters.
Double win.
My worst habit wasvroutinely skipping breakfast which means I’m always hank marvin by mid morning and end up stuffing myself with a carby lunch and have completely unproductive afternoons.
So, in the spirit of first things first, I’ve decided to concentrate my efforts on having a proper breakfast. So far so good. Porridge and black tea followed by a 11am piece of fruit.
What could be easier!
