sort of did this one. i apologized to the person who inspired me to take on this goal in the first place. it went ok. but it still didn’t give me the closure i’m looking for.

well, i did it!!
...and then i gained it all back. plus 15 extra lbs.
it’s been heartbreaking and a huge blow to my self-esteem. i feel like a complete failure. basically, i can’t deal with my issues so i eat. it’s that simple and yet that complicated. but i’m trying to start over. shake off feeling like a failure and get healthy.
