How I did it: enduring the pain, its like pulling off a plaster on your hairy leg (what? your other leg isn't hairy?), seriously - tell heaps of people about your thesis, that way if you fuck up everyone knows, it'll keep you motivated Read how I did it…
I’ve been going to the gym regularly since the start of the year, and I feel great! I was around 75 Kgs when I started and now I am less (the catch is I cannot weigh mysellf), I am much trimmer and feel really good. It does not matter to me how much I weigh, the scales are evil: I know I feel good and look good, I want keep pushing myself and loose cms off my waist etc. ( maybe abs?! :D )
hope this helps someone else :)
The last plantation was pretty good, we had spinach, zucchini and chillies; the spinach was just lovely – I made several dishes out of them, including a spinach quiche
