Dumped an earlier goal of “walk” for the broader goal of ‘move’. ANYthing counts – and there are plenty of ways to link it into other goals…like cleaning the house, or gardening, or doing something new. So I’ll log it by day and reward myself with ? something? after 43 days.

How I did it: Guess I'm learning something about making and writing goals...............sigh!A more reasonable goal would be "move" instead of limiting it to walking. I couldn’t remember to notice when I was saying “thank you” and the structure I’d picked, listing it by person, was too cumbersome.
I still want to cultivate gratitude, but will think about a different way to measure the activity.
