getting there 2 years ago

i have gone on a walk ranging from 1-3 miles 5 of the last 7 days, which is the most consistent i’ve been so far. hopefully i will get to walking every day and adding some things on, like yoga in the early morning and pilates in the afternoon when i have time/am not at work.
