How I did it: Im sure someone else would find it useful. I bought it for work years back(I am a Nurse), so I could look up information away from the nurse's desk. I found myself worried I would drop it or break it, since I was running around so much, bending, lifting, etc. I would keep it in my locker, and found it easier to use the computer/internet or a drug book. How I did it: I saw my last behavioral therapist. I would actually recommend a Psychotherapist. Or someone who really engages in issues, and helps you face them. I saw psychodrama in action once, and I feel that would also be an excellent mode of therapy.I would not recommend just regular talk therapy. Only gets you so far, then does nothing for you. I have seen 3 different therapists already, over a period of 9 years. Read how I did it…
After much thought, and going back and forth between options, I finally started school this week.
Its costly, will have to take out some loans, but I feel in my heart it is the best choice!
I am attending North Park University in Chicago, RN-BSN program.
