How I did it: I did my homework and labs and passed them in on time. I studied for tests with my friend. I took advantage of the fact that we were allowed to re-do homework to get a 100 on it. I got extra help whenever I didn't understand something. I paid attention in class and I took notes. I got an 86 on the final exam and a 91 in the class :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I tried to take good notes and I paid attention. I did my homework and studied for quizzes, tests, and the final exam with my friend. It was helpful and it made it more fun. Often times, I had questions about the material we were learning, so I got extra help from my teacher before school and during advisory. How I did it: It's the second month of school, and I've been doing alright. In September, I had a lot of motivation and I was studying every day and keeping up with my work. I was on a good path. Work started getting harder and piling on, however, after a few weeks, so I didn't have enough time to study every day. I have to get better at prioritizing so that I can fit it in. I’ve found that television is a huge obstacle to procrastination. It’s nice to escape reality for a bit, so I end up spending far too much precious time immersed in stories of other people’s lives. Resolution: limit TV watching to 1 hour each week.
