I am to the point where if I do not write in my journal for a few days, I feel guilty about it…I think this is a good sign. I am not going to say I have made it a complete habit yet, but I am definitely getting better about it.

I am indirectly doing the weight watchers program…two of my co-workers are on WW and have lost 20 pounds each. I do not need to lose that much, but a little bit helps. I have been writing down everything I eat and calculating points with their help and I am definitely reaching an awareness level I did not have before about what I am putting into my body. I will do this for a while and see if it helps.
My fingers hurt!

I played for about an hour last night after my husband went to bed…my fingers are sore! Which is bad, because that means I have not played in a while. I am going to see my brother this weekend and he plays ALL THE TIME, and I am bringing my guitar with me…we will jam all weekend!
