I was very skinny before I weight only 115 lbs, from there i started going to gym and now I weight 125 lbs. This is because I’m very disciplined and very determined in gaining weight. I also manage to eat 6 times a day just for me to gain weight.

How I did it
How I did it: I manage to eat 6 times a day and lifts weights everyday. Program being followed was Day 1 - Chest and biceps with abs, Day 2 - Shoulders and triceps with abs, day 3 - back legs and abs. These are the programs I followed and it worked!
