I don’t even own a scale. Part of me just wants to judge my weight by how I look and feel, and how my clothes fit – not a number on the scale.
I’ve been doing intense exercise for 4 weeks now. I would say I’ve lost a few lbs, especially on my thighs and around my torso. Probably 3 lbs. Wish I weighed myself before-hand to actually know if I’ve lost. Then again, my clothes are fitting better, everything is firming up, I feel a lot better.. so that’s a good sign, right?

Well, I am doing couch to 5k, so I am only on week 4. 5K still seems a bit intimidating, as I’m basically doing 15 minute miles (running and walking). I guess the main thing is that I finish.
I’m hoping it won’t quite take 45+ mins though…
Almost every day I complete a full 2 miles though (3k)- I can feel my cardio and body’s tolerance building up.

I am on week 4 of C25K (c25k.com).
It is challenging, but now I can run for 5 minutes straight with no problems. My asthma doesn’t even act up anymore.
It feels like a really good workout. Everything is toning up (some light weight work a few times a week helps with this too) – my stomach is flat, I have more energy. I just need to focus on getting a good amount of sleep on a regular basis.
