Not what I expected. 23 months ago

I thought there would be more wind, or acceleration or g-forces, but it was relaxed and peaceful. I couldn’t hear the boat and it felt like floating in the sky. A great time and I want to go again.

The picture is of my then girlfriend’s daughter and me.

Quit Smoking

But totally worth doing. I couldn’t have made it without using the nicotine patch (you know, the kind with “steps”).

My last cigarette was November 13, 2001.

It was 3 full years before I didn’t crave a cigarette every day.
