I Did:

Stomach in
Body brushing
Chi Gung
50 min yoga DVD
Meditation
Pilates DVD
8 Mins Abs DVD
30 min run by the lake
Gym including 30 mins on the bike
Showered
Foot massage with oils
Cucumber on eyes and crystals
Ate 3 good meals during the day
Got my sleep pattern back on track….
Feel a little stiff today and quite tired, have a good appetite.

Now lets see if I can do it all again…..

Note: I was annoyed that kung fu class said I had to wait until next tuesday, in reality I now see this is a blessing, gives me 3 more days to get my day organised so I can do everything I need to done before kung fu at 7pm 5 nights a week….
