Got my sleep pattern back on track….
Feel a little stiff today and quite tired, have a good appetite.
Now lets see if I can do it all again…..
Note: I was annoyed that kung fu class said I had to wait until next tuesday, in reality I now see this is a blessing, gives me 3 more days to get my day organised so I can do everything I need to done before kung fu at 7pm 5 nights a week….
